Sunday, January 29, 2017 - 7:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Review financial report for 2016.  View 2016 Finance Report

• Approve budget for 2017.  View 2017 Budget

• League assessments for 2017 are $40 per team for regular season teams in the Minor, Major, Junior and Senior division teams for 2017.  Assessment payments are due by the District Tournament meeting in June.

• 2017 Section Tournament hosted by District 1 Leagues

  • Intermediate Baseball - July 5 to 8 - site to be determined.

  • Senior League Baseball - July 5 to 8 - site to be determined.

  • 8 - 10 Year Old Softball - July 10 to 14 - Cochranton Little League

  • Little League Softball - July 4 to 8 - site to be determined.

• Schedule 2017 Meeting dates.

Saturday, March 18, 2017 - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center cafeteria.

• District 1 coaching fundamentals and first-aid training.

Sunday, March 19, 2017 - 7:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Organize schedules and interleague play.

Sunday, May 28, 2017 - 7:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Meeting for Presidents to complete and submit all interleague play, combined teams and waiver forms.  All forms must be submitted through the District Administrator to Eastern Region headquarters by June 5.

Sunday, June 18, 2017 - 5:30 p.m. - Affidavits, 7:00 - Rules meeting - Crawford County Career and Technical Center cafeteria.

• Meeting for Presidents, Tournament Team Managers and Coaches, Tournament Umpires.
  
  • Tournament affidavits and all accompanying documentation, including original birth certificates for players presented for checking and approval.
    
  • Presentation of Tournament rules and procedures.
    
  • Teams draw for placement of teams in the brackets.

Sunday, November 19, 2017 - 7:00 p.m. - Crawford County Career and Technical Center conference room.

• Review 2017 tournament.
• Present information from DA clinic.
• Hosted Section 1 tournaments for 2018.
• Review rule changes for 2018.
